White Gold Jewellery

White gold is timeless. Originally developed in the 1920s as a more cost effective alternative to platinum, it has become an extremely popular and enduring choice.

A perfect partner for gemstones with cool colour hues, it has universal application in jewellery.

Precious white metals are especially important when setting diamonds. A premium is applied to diamonds which possess rare white colour.

Diamonds can take on a colour tint from surrounding settings, so are almost exclusively set in white metal to retain and enhance the whiteness of the stone.

White gold jewellery can be worn effortlessly together with rose and yellow gold items. And creates striking contrasts when incorporated into stacking rings or layered pendants.

We have an extensive range of white gold jewellery featuring rings, earrings, pendants, bangles and bracelets.

Unlike platinum, gold does not naturally occur white. White gold is an alloy of metals containing a combination of gold and other metals which give it colour and strength.

All our white gold pieces are nickel-free and comply with EU Directives.
White gold is almost always rhodium plated to give it a hard and durable bright, white finish.

More recently, jewellers have experimented with rhodium plating, using dramatic colours, including black, to create striking contrasts in designs.

All pieces are hallmarked in accordance with the 1973 Hallmarking Act.
